Virtually everything except your airfare is included in your Costa Rica Brew-Venture! Fantastic lodging, transportation all week, most meals (there is some free time built in for you to explore local dining on your own), an english speaking guide and driver, all the activities listed on the itinerary are included!

Before we took a break because of COVID, we were booked almost 2 years in advance. We are just reopening booking in August 2022 and are already booking up quickly.

Yes! We can accomodate any dietary restrictions you may have.

We can take up to 25 people on a Costa Rica Brew-Venture. You will have your own private room and bathroom.

On every CRBV there are people who become fast friends and stick together for the entire week, and others who prefer to remain more independant. Be very social or very private, whatever suits you!

Prices are per person, based on 2 people per room.

The trip costs $2,300 per person based on 2 people per room. Travelling solo is an additiobnal $425.

You can pay via credit card, PayPal, Paypal Pay Later.

If you prefer, we can send you an invoice for a $500 deposit and you can pay the balance in 2 payments due 6 months and three months prior to departure.

Refunds are available as follows:

100% refundable within 14 days of booking 60+ days prior to departure 50% refund 31-59 days prior to departure 25% refund No refunds within 30 days of departure

Yes you will need a p[assport with at least 6 months to expiration.

You will fly into SJO (San José, Costa Rica) on the first day of the trip. Try to arrive as early as possible. There are usually several flights arriving between 10:30am and 1:00pm. Some people choose to arrive a day before.

You will fly out of LIR (Liberia, Costa Rica). You can schedule this trip for anytime on the last day of the trip.

You will find all of your favorite styles with a tropical twist! The Costa Rican brewers pride themselves on using local ingredients.

There is also mead, hard seltzer, some wine, and kombucha.

Sure! Obviously this adventure is designed with craft beverage lovers in mind, but there are other options. Mead, seltzers, kombucha, and even some local wines are available. But even without the beverages, this is a fantstic trip.

There is a $425 fee to travel solo.
